My most recent hobby is making Kombucha tea. I was a little scared to try it at first because it smells awful, but it's delicious and is actually pretty good for you too. I have a baby and a mother right now. We're waiting for our next batch (it takes a little while).

I really like to turn it in to a cocktail by adding some Ginger Beer and Pomegranate juice. Yum! My friend, Heather, was the first one to get me to drink it by turning it in to this concoction.

Once we get a whole bunch going, we're going to try bottling. That should be interesting. At least I'll be able to take it to work with me for lunch.
